Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Impossibleroom Tree Service wants impossibleroom.property to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out our approach. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
We aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives to meaningful images
- Keep text easy to read with good color contrast
- Let people use the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this website is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@impossibleroom.property and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on accessibility. Email contact@impossibleroom.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if known
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
