How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

You talk to an independent tree removal provider in our network. Impossibleroom Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider gives the quote and does the work.

What happens next

1. Request. You share your location, the tree issue and a photo if you have one. 2. Match. Your request goes to a provider that serves your area. 3. Contact. The provider reaches out to ask questions and set up a visit. 4. Quote. The provider gives you a price in writing. 5. Decision. You accept, decline or compare.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the provider and the weather.

Before the visit

A little prep makes the visit smoother. Walk around the tree and take a few clear photos. Note how tall it looks and how close it is to the house, fences and wires. Clear a path for the truck if you can. Tell the provider about pets, gates and any tight spots.

What to ask a provider

  • What exactly is in the written quote?
  • Does the price include cleanup and hauling?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
  • Do you carry liability and workers' compensation insurance? Can I see proof?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence and lawn?
  • What could change the price on the day?
  • Can you help document damage for an insurance claim?

During the visit

The provider will look at the tree and the site. Expect questions about access and hazards. Ask them to walk you through the plan, step by step. If the plan changes, ask for the new price in writing before work goes on.

You are in control

You decide who does the work. You can ask for more than one estimate. Never feel rushed into signing. Scope in writing protects you.
