Every homeowner who contacts Impossibleroom Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Impossibleroom Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Steps to File

Email contact@impossibleroom.property and include:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number or form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. What happened, and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
